we appreciate the shoes and socks we wear!
They protect our feet.
They are a wonderful invention for the human beings.



we should not forget about the importance of bare foot
Walking on the bare foot is a brain training!
Walking on the bare foot is a balance training!

Lots of sensory nerves are in our foot.
When we are on the bare foot,
we are feeling
1. hot ground
2. cold ground
3. rough ground
4. wet ground.

It means we are stimulating our brain with different sensory nerves.
We are using brain! We are stimulating the balance system.
