The problems are…
We are not wearing proper shoes.
We are less likely to walk on bare foot.
We tend to be sedentary and forget how to use
the muscle in our foot.


It is very important to keep moving
our inner muscle
no matter how young or old we are!!!

We often notice that
when we work on our practice member’s foot,
some of the joint are like ROCK.

We are wondering when was the LAST time
this person moved his/her feet and toes.
